Honest answers
How much of my gift reaches the family?
Most of it — the item itself is about 92% of what you pay. Operations is a flat 8% of the item cost, shown openly in the breakdown on this page, and most of that is the card fee we never touch. We pay the vendor directly, so nothing is taken again later. The optional extra at checkout is a separate gift, not a fee.
When will I see updates?
Your tracker opens the moment your gift is received. From there, you get an update at every stage — allocated, in progress, delivered, documented — with photos and video from the actual distribution. Real proof, tied to your specific gift.
Can I stay anonymous or add a dedication?
Yes to both. Check "keep my name off the box" at checkout and the label reads "From a friend" instead of your name. Add a short dedication and it prints on the box next to whichever name is chosen — both preserved in your account for future gifts.
How do I reach a real person?
