We don't ask for your trust — we show you. Here's how each step works, from your hand to a family's, with proof at every stage and nothing hidden in between.
Every cause on Amin runs the same honest path — give, deliver, see. The details vary by program, but the promise is the same.
Choose a cause, set the amount with a slider or by typing it in, and give once or monthly. You can always cancel, change the amount, or move to a different cause.
A vetted local team turns your donation into the real thing — food, kits, a surgery, a child's school month — and labels it with your name where they can.
Follow your donation through every stage in real time, and receive photos, video, or a letter when it lands. Proof, not promises — every time.
Every donation surfaces a live tracker — the guaranteed floor of what you'll see.
A representative tracker — every donation gets its own, with timestamps and notes at each step.
Your donation is confirmed, the tracker opens.
Matched to a family, a child, or a procedure.
Packed, scheduled, or on its way to delivery.
Hand to hand, with your name on the box.
Photo, video, or letter shared back to you.
Not every kind of help works the same way. Here's how the four patterns differ — and what each means for you.
Examples: Sponsor an orphan
An ongoing bond, mediated through our team. You're matched to a verified child within days, sponsor them month to month, and receive rotating letters, photos, and updates — always with guardian consent.
What's different: No direct contact, and you don't pick the child — we match by greatest need. A continuity reserve protects the child if you ever pause.
Examples: Medical procedures
You fund a specific kind of care — a cataract surgery, a hernia repair — and we match it to a real patient on the waiting list who needs exactly that. You see it through to completion.
What's different: You pick the procedure, not the patient. Recovery photos are shared only with the patient's genuine consent — privacy is part of the care.
Examples: Feed a Family, Hygiene Kit, Hot Meal, Summer Relief items
Your donation joins the next round of parcels heading out — each sealed with a "From [your name]" sticker, delivered hand to hand, and documented as a group.
What's different: No individual match. Help goes where need is highest. You always see the batch you funded; we try to photograph your specific named box.
Examples: Where Most Needed
You give any amount and trust us to direct it to the greatest need each period — gaps other causes didn't cover, urgent cases, and the small rounding excess from matched procedures.
What's different: No specific cause. In return, you get the richest reporting — a full where-it-went summary each period with the supporting proof behind every line.
An optional account ties your donations together. Email updates work even without an account.
A donor dashboard is one of the next builds — here's what you'll see when it lands.
Real charities have real costs. The way we keep 100% of your donation going to the cause is to make those costs visible and optional.
Every buy box has a small optional checkbox — usually around 10% — that covers operations on top of your donation. If you leave it on, the full amount you intended reaches the cause and a tiny extra keeps the lights on. If you turn it off, your donation is still 100% — we just absorb operations on our end. Either way, the cause receives the full amount you chose to give.
No. Every donor — account or not — receives email updates at each tracker step, plus the photo or video when the cause completes. The optional account just consolidates everything in one place.
The first stage (Received) is instant. Allocation and delivery vary by program — kits move within days, sponsorship is monthly, medical procedures depend on scheduling. The tracker always shows the latest stage with a timestamp.
Delays happen — a delivery rescheduled, a procedure postponed. When they do, the tracker stays honest: the stage doesn't advance and you'll see a note explaining what's holding it. Silence is the one thing we don't do.
Not yet. Amin Relief is in formation — once we're a registered 501(c)(3) with our IRS determination letter in hand, every donation will come with a deductible receipt and a year-end summary.
Vetted local teams in each country, starting in Amman, Jordan. They handle the on-the-ground operations — verification, sourcing, packing, distribution, documentation — under our direction and with the same transparency standard.
From real supplier quotes on the ground, confirmed by the field coordinator. A few prices on the prototype are still illustrative — they're flagged on the page until the program data is final.
Once incorporation is complete, donations will be sorted into zakat-eligible, sadaqah, and project-fund pools so your giving aligns with your intention. A fiqh advisor will sign off on the boundaries.
Pick a cause and you'll see exactly how this plays out — from the tracker that opens the moment you give, to the photo you receive when it lands.
